- We deliver across South Africa.
- Delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
- Delivery is free within a 30 km radius; beyond that, it will be charged according to distance and vary according to the weight of the product.
- We will arrange with you before we set out for delivery to ensure that there will be someone to receive your delivery.
- Please keep your original packaging in case you need to return the product.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Please check your items upon receiving them and inform us of any defects via email within 24 hours from the time that the parcel has been delivered to you.
- Returns are at your own cost.

- Payment for products must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including Payfast and direct EFTs (electronic funds transfer).
- We offer free call-outs within the Johannesburg area.
